The main goal of the research was mapping support services in the field of social protection and education in the Sarajevo Canton for children aged 3 to 6 from three marginalized groups: children with developmental disabilities, Roma children and children from socially vulnerable families. In this study, we analyzed laws, conventions, action plans, strategies and other relevant documentation that constitute the normative framework for providing services to marginalized groups that are the subject of our research. The research also included semi-structured interviews with representatives of four organizations dealing with the topic of this study. Finally, we offered an overview of non-governmental sector organizations as well as public institutions that provide services relevant to children with disabilities, Roma children and children from socially disadvantaged families at the specified age.
